The following are the "available" non-filmed records:
 

Births: 1881, 1891, 1895, 1899-1903, 1905-1912, 1914, 1918-1925

Deaths: 1885-1888, 1895-1901, 1903-1907, 1909-1914, 1918-1925, 1933

Marriages: 1881, 1882, 1887, 1889, 1891, 1894, 1897-1911, 1913-1914, 1919-1922, 1925

Divorces: 1888, 1895, 1899, 1904-1906
 
NOTE: The current privacy law in Lithuania is 100 years for births, 75 years for marriages and divorces, and 50 years for deaths. Therefore, it will be unlikely we could obtain births after 1908. These are the only records affected by the law.
 
 
Of the non-filmed records, we have been able to finish translating all the "legal" ones per the above law, as follows:
 
 

Births (225 records): 1881, 1891, 1895, 1899-1903, 1905-1908  (COMPLETED)

Deaths (293 records): 1885-1888, 1895-1901, 1903-1907, 1909-1914, 1918-1925, 1933  (COMPLETED)

Marriages (230 records; 460 total entries): 1881, 1882, 1887, 1889, 1891, 1894, 1897-1911, 1913-1914, 1919-1922, 1925  (COMPLETED)

Divorces (1 record): 1888, 1895, 1899, 1904-1906  (COMPLETED)
 
In sum, of all the records currently known to be in existence, the only ones we have not been able to do are the births from 1909-1912, 1914, 1918-1925.

Zasliai Vital Records Translation Coordinator
 

To join the Zasliai Vital Records Translation (VRT) Project, a minimum donation of $100 is required. All contributions are tax-deductible as provided by law and made directly to LitvakSIG, a non-profit organization.
 

The Zasliai VRT Project is totally separate from the Trakai District Research Group, even though both are under the LitvakSIG umbrella. I do lead both projects. I am putting the requisite information here only to make it easier for the many Zasliai researchers who belong to the Trakai District Group already (the largest block of any town), to examine, as well as for the many landsmen who know me as a result of my Zasliai web page, to be able to compare and decide which group, or both, they'd like to join.
